Most successful Veterans Lunch to date with 95 attendees

Saturday 8th October saw 95 guests arriving in the Mansion on a beautifully sunny morning for drinks and then a hot buffet lunch.  James Murphy-O'Connor, the Headmaster, shared with the guests  the progress and developments within the College and the sister schools which was greeted with great interest.  Simon Morgan, Class of 1975 then gave a demonstration on the new archive site which is just being launched:  Prior Park Archive site

The alumni and guests then drifted off to watch the sporting fixtures, rugby against Monkton Combe and girls hockey against Dauntseys;  some stayed at the tables enjoying the ample cheese boards with their wine and lastly a large group joined both Kate Harris and Carole Laverick on tours around the site to see the old and the new developments.

Hoping to see many more attendees next year, with the new batch of 'boys' who are hitting 60, so Class of 1976 watch out for your invitations!
